Orange Juice is the most refreshing drink in the morning. Homemade fruit juices are far better than the store-bought ones.

This homemade juice is really a great energy booster. One can have this juice in breakfast along with some bread toast.

Low in calories, it is one of the best fruits to have if you are trying to lose weight. Siping a glass of Orange juice will help you feel fuller so you will not have cravings in between meals.

Health Benefits of Orange Juice –

Oranges consist of a number of healthy nutrients. Enriched with Vitamin C, this fruit prevents skin damage and maintains a healthy immune system. It is high in antioxidants and may help prevent kidney stones. It also lowers blood sugar levels and keeps blood pressure under check.

Children are also fond of this juice. You can easily feed this juice to them during any time of the day.

But I personally prefer to consume the fruit juices during day time, either in breakfast or as a midday snack.

Orange Juice extraction recipe is one of the simplest recipes. It needs much less time with easy steps.

Ingredients to prepare Orange Juice:

  • 2 medium-sized orange
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt

Method of Preparation :

  1. Wash and peel off the Oranges.
  2. Remove all the seeds and white membrane present on the skin of orange very carefully.
  3. Cut each piece of Orange into 2 pieces
  4.  Put the pieces in a blender.
  5. Add some sugar or any sweetener if you want a sweet taste. This step is completely optional for diet following people.
  6. Blend the fruit until it turns out a smooth mixture.
  7. Finally, pour the juice in glasses. Add a pinch of black salt.  🙂
