Pudina chutney (commonly known as 'Pudine ki chutney ') or Mint chutney is a delicious spicy condiment (chutney) of Indian subcontinent. This green chutney is an excellent combination of refreshment, deliciousness and spiciness.

1 cup Mint leaves or Pudina 1-2 Green Chilly 1/2 teaspoon dry roasted Cumin powder (Jeera powder) 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Juice 1-2 tablespoon Water or as needed Sugar and Salt as per taste
How to make Pudina Chutney - Step by Step recipe Pluck the Mint (Pudina) leaves from the stem. Rinse them well in water.
Take a blender. Add the mint leaves, chopped green chillies, sugar, salt and water.
Blend all the ingredients very nicely until the mixture becomes smooth.
Add some more water in between if required. And then blend again.
Finally add some dry roasted cumin powder.
Add the lemon juice for that extra tangy flavor.
Sweet and Sour Pudina Chutney is ready to be served.
