  • Watermelon cubed into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or any kind of sweetener
  • Black salt
  • Mint leaves for garnishing
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Method of preparation of Watermelon Juice:

  1. Chop the watermelon into small cubes. Remove all the seeds.
  2. Put the pieces into the blender.
  3. Add some sugar only if needed. Otherwise, you can simply omit this step.
  4. Add some black salt.
  5. Blend the mixture very well until it becomes smooth.
  6. Pour the juice in tall glasses, garnish it with mint leaves. Serve it chilled.
